The book was listed as good but the cover was creased, the spine worn, pages yellowed and pages falling out.

The book was over 35 years old, yes the pages showed oxidation, yes, it had a scratch on the cover and it was clearly shown on picture. Pages were not falling out before I shipped. I offered the buyer money back he did not respond. I believe he was expecting a Very Good or Like New product that is why I rated it as just Good. I ship all my items in plastic bubble wrap envelopes to minimize damage. I am always willing to acomidate, just ask.
