My RS6 controller buttons stopped working and had no display or lights even though it tested as showing the proper 10v DC coming in from the outside panel. Sent it to Salt Solutions to have it repaired. They promptly told me the controlled tested OK and would be returning it and refunded my payment. Problem turned out to be there are specific steps to replace the 9v back-up battery in the outside panel. Nice to find honest folks in the pool equipment repair business.
