Unfortunately it arrived with the head snapped off, so I'm gutted. But regardless, it was absolutely beautiful, the rest of it is/was very strong

hello, i am sorry but i think you have misunderstood. the head didn't snap off , it is detachable. this is so that you can remove the head, slide your card into the holder and then put the head back on again to secure the card.
