I ordered this item on the 11th of the month and according to the seller, my item shipped on the 13th. Well it’s the 22nd and now I’m told that the item hasn’t even been delivered to the seller to for fill the order this is deceiving

The customer ordered an item that required the item to be shipped from the supplier the item had not arrived yet once it did it would have been sent to the customer. The customer asked for a refund so the order was refunded.
