POOR PACKING!! Seller did not pack headlight properly and it arrived damaged. Headlight was 10.5” tall and packed into 12” box with almost no protection from even routine handling. Seller offered repair parts and token $25 refund. Due to seller's negligence I now have to choose to label, repack, and deal with the line at the post office or I have a repair project on my hands and a permanently weaker headlight. Buy elsewhere.

I use 200 lb test boxes from a box manufacturer, it was a good thick box. I have my own bubble wrap machine and left no voids. Apparently a replaceable tab broke which I gladly offered to send the same day + $25 back. Buyer tried to extort me for $50 back which I politely declined and said they can send the light back for a full refund. I have thousands of satisfied customers and there was nothing else I could have done.
I will not be extorted for a partial refund for my low prices.

A refund of $50 on a $360 purchase when there is now a delay, a repair project, and a permanently weaker light is not extortion. I wonder how real your feedback rating really is when most folks take your $25 bribe to keep quiet. And it's eBay’s buyer protection that allows a return; not you. It doesn’t matter how strong the box is if there’s no room for impact protection. The box didn’t fail, it was too small for the light. You cut corners to save on shipping and passed the cost along to me.
