The Nintendo Switch components came lovingly packed in a Medium FedEx box with plenty of bubble wrap. The components were all in mint condition. No scratches or scuffs that I could discern. It looks new! The JoyCon controllers feel snappy and responsive, so I won't have to replace them right away. This Switch was a great deal and I would purchase from this seller again if I ever want more game gear.
