Had a bad zipper, contacted seller he said try numerous thing. I explained that the zipper is off I can not fix, he said send pictures so I did. Heard nothing back finally replied that I don't know what else to do except take to a upholstery shop he said sure let me know if they could assist. No help from them now out money to fix something that should not be on me. Poor zipper quality and customer service.
