This is the first time I give a seller negative review in the past 8 years shopping on eBay. BE CAREFUL.!!!
I opened the package and there was only one empty earrings case with a string moving inside the box and a piece of receipt. No wrapping paper No bubble wrap. MY BROOCH WAS NOT INSIDE. I asked to provide the weight of the package so we can compare. Seller refused to do that. I already reported to the police office. This is not acceptable. I will pay for a lawyer o deal with this.

Buyer from Canada, have the item ship to NYC, so she bypassed eBay authentication.
Buyer is scamming us, did chargeback on eBay. We never ship empty packages. We have security video of the brooch being packed in the box. Buyer is already got full refund through eBay, but still leave negative feedback!!
We spend so many hours on this. There's no reason for us to ship an empty package.
