Unfortunately buyer did not provide proof of item showing dirty or dragged across a floor, as well buyer sent the message without photos a couple weeks after the item was delivered to them..

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item I received is nothing like the pictures or description provided. This is misleading and unacceptable. It was false advertising and I feel cheated out of my money. I will never buy from this seller again and advise others to avoid them at all costs. When I tried confronting the seller about the mess up, they ignored the facts given to them and didn’t respond afterwards. I spent more money than retail price. They lack professionalism & more!

I accepted the buyers return request and paid for the return shipping due to the error when scanning the barcode into ebay's system telling me it was one thing when it really wasn't.... Can't ignore anything if i didn't receive anything..
