I've got the larger 12V 5A adapter, and from the outside, it looks like the photos. However, the inside is a cheap, small SMPS adapter with the same circuit board as the smaller ones. So, the larger adapter is mostly empty space inside, making it a marketing gimmick! To be honest, it works, but this is not what I expected to find inside.
