    Had I looked and read thoroughly at their posting, I would have noticed that they don't ship to Alaska but didn't and quickly paid for the item, an outdoor solar panel. That was my mistake not theirs! I rarely check my email nowadays, and I happen to do so at that particular time and saw I had a very nice letter of apology for the cancellation.
