I took my chances with the original one hoping the DVR itself would be ok. Luckily the contents were not crushed. It works as hoped. I appreciate the seller offering to send out a replacement but I’m also glad my job was able to go forward without the added delay. Seller also took my feedback about inadequate packaging for future sales.
