    Before I paid, seller stated that if he could ship the cars for less than $17.00, he will. USPS provided info that actual cost was $6.53. When brought it to sellers attention, he refused to provide a refund on shipping costs. Seller stated cars were very good condition. Tank car was missing ladders and platform which could be seen in pictures. Also some of cars were dirty. Packaging and shipping time were acceptable. Will not buy from this seller again.
