    I can say honestly out of all the places that I’ve dealt with about these dolls this company and ONLY this company has been absolutely AMAZING! They felt a little of dissatisfaction from me and without asking or saying a word they sent not one not two but three dolls to make up for the tiny issue I had at the time to make up for all of that!     Really good communication with the seller. The doll I ordered was not painted properly around the mouth was all smudged . Also the box it came in was taped up and damp/wet to touch but the seller was lovely and offered me a replacement of a different doll as this one was now sold out but my daughter didn’t like any of the other ones which were bigger in size . The seller gave me a full refund I will definitely order from them again as I can trust them to send a replacement if any thing is wrong
