Seller sold me an already used paint gun even if in the advertising it was stated as new which was leaking air in 3 places(behind the trigger, fluid adjustment guide and air adjustment guide). After going back and forth with the seller i decided to try and fix it myself, after opening the fluid adjustment guide i noticed that there's some blue pant on one of the needle guides and purple paint between the plastic seal and the gun body. I never used anything but white paint trough thegun.See pics

We sell nothing but new merchandise purchased directly from Iwata. If we were to sell used items, we would state that they are used. Selling used items falsely claiming they are new destroys the trust we have earned on eBay and provides no benefit. It is unfortunate that the product you received was defective, but it is regrettable that you can make a one-sided accusation without any confirmation of its authenticity.
