However, they rejected the cancellation request, claiming the sale is "immediately" handled by the warehouse and there's nothing they can do to stop it. In fact, the tracking record shows the shipment was sent out three days after my cancellation request. I'd say this indicates they don't care enough about customer service and rather want the sale.
