Very poor communication! I sent several messages asking why my item was not shipped. I was able to call a number where it was shipped from and left a message asking for a response to my messages - no response back! I was beginning to think I was dealing with a meth addict. If you want speedy shipping, go with another seller because this one is not reliable. Item was not really worth the hassle as it was missing parts and needs repair.
