Received product on 19 05 24. On 20 05 24 tried to install. Could not install due to what appears to be manuf fault. Contacted supplier per phone on 20 05 24. Supplied photos as per his request. 21 05 24 spoke with supplier he was going to forward replacement and supply label for return of faulty element to be sent. Asked supplier to check before sending to inspect element for possible current fault. To date 07 06 24 replacement not received. No phone contact from supplier. Ron mc bride.
