Waiting five days to physically ship a part that’s in stock is unsatisfactory. Even if it was ordered on a Sunday. It shouldn’t take another four days to get it to the carrier. Thought your response to my inquiry was a little on the condescending side. I’ve spent thousands with your folks and I guess I’m reevaluating if I commit to anything else with y’all. By the way printing a shipping label is not shipping especially when it sits in your facility for another two days before it is shipped.
