The top margin is cut close at the left but does not touch the holding line. There is some light dirt and soil on the note from years of circulation, but there is still a respectable amount of remaining brightness to the note. I do not see any rips, tears or splits in the note. I do see one pinhole just above the “R” in AMERICA and the second “3” in the brown charter number. PCGS has graded this note as a solid Very Fine 25. Please look at the scans carefully and judge the grade and quality of this note for yourself before bidding.”
