I use #6 treble hooks for catching small channel cat (12"-15") using punch bait. These hooks are sharp, but I found that I use twice as many hooks due to breakage. They seem much more brittle than Eagle Claw, Laser or Gamakatsu #6 treble hooks. I bought them for the lower price, but will go back to better quality hooks next time. They might be good for lure replacement hooks.
