When I inserted a CD it still did not read or spin. I have an external drive so it is to much trouble to send back. The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
