    We experienced issues with shipping that were no fault of the seller. Essentially, the carrier lost track of the package. After about three weeks, I contacted the seller about a refund. They did not argue and honored the refund. Two weeks later, the package somehow managed to find its way despite being lost for so long. The product is as described and great condition.
