    Chin strap quality is pretty good. Happy with the construction, but, its small. My hat size is 7.25 which is small for an adult man and it very snug at its most loose setting. For long term wear it becomes uncomfortable. I will have to try to move/modify the mounting rivets on the front sweat band to give it some adjustability. I will say that I did not mount this in a Wendy's helmet. Maybe it would work better in one of those.
