    Took as long to get a part from China as it did within Australia on the east coast, it was 1 day outside the delivery end range. Shipping value time/cost were the main decision factors for this over competitors.

    Wow, that's shocking - it was 1 - yes ONE - day late. We give the option of Express Post which Buyer didn't select. Unfortunately Australia Post did deliver it but it was a whole day beyond 'estimated' delivery time frame. Buyer has left 4 of last 8 feedback for Sellers as neutral or negative. Not a typical eBay user. Blocked from buying from us again.
