Wir haben den Kunden vorher telefonisch Informiert dass die Ware in Verzug geraten ist, weil der Logistiker uns bezüglich nicht Zustellbarer Adresse kontaktiert hat. Ein Neuversand wurde gewünscht mit geänderter Adresse und dann nicht angenommen. Fazit 2 x Versandkosten für uns und noch eine Unzulässige Bewertung. Wir sind Begeistert über soviel Intelligenz :-))
