Both card and envelope were bent and crumpled on the edges.Reply from: cardgrammy- Feedback replied by seller cardgrammy.- Feedback replied by seller cardgrammy.WE package the cards in Kraft USPS approved mailing envelopes.We ship hundreds of cards each month.Once in a while the USPS does bend or rip an envelope.WE CANNOT control that process.HOWEVER,when a customer reports receiving an item damaged, we ask them to return the item with the DAMAGED MAILING ENVELOPE. WE then can file a caim with the USPS.We also ALWAYS send a replacement card when a customer tells us they received a damaged card. This customer NEVER contacted us about a Damaged item .
