    The buyer claimed that the item was not in the package and demanded an immediate refund. I asked them to carefully check the pouch, as the necklace is very thin and could have gotten tangled inside and gone unnoticed, but they refused. I then offered a refund upon return of the item, but they still refused, used impolite language, and left this unreasonable review. After completing thousands of transactions, you really do encounter some people who are completely without integrity...
