I have these items as described within the expected conditions, now the only inconvenience I had is that they were wrapped in conventional plastic wrap, you don't do that to critical parts of a computer, they go on antistatic bags (like the one show in the picture) to prevent any static damage but fortunately they tested ok with no errors
