It's a decent backrest and includes a rack. It's $100. Pad is a bit cheap but, it's $100. It seems pretty solid. No hardware that was noted. It's $100. Can't confirm fitment as I bought it for a bike that I knew it was not going to fit and knew I would have to modify. Seller shipped out quickly, but the channels were slow getting it to me.
