1st thing is seller was not bad and did try to help. But the problem i had is my lowering shackle i received had a busted bushing as soon as i opened up the box!! So in sellers defense it was a friday when this happened and i tried to contact them. I didnt hear nothing back until monday and by then i had already purchased a set locally as i had my truck tore apart and wanted to get it back together. Seller did send me a new set of bushings for the shackle but as i stated it was already done.
