Still not received. So missed the birthday it was bought for 7 days after I ordered it. It's now saying it won't be delivered for another three days therefore making it 10 days. Why so long for delivery. If ordering off this seller give at least two weeks to order it before you actually need it. Maybe it was just a one off in my case , but still 10 days and it was not free delivery

I politely informed the buyer that unfortunately the whole family has been poorly with Covid. I was unable to get to the post office, until a family member was able to go for me. Some things cannot be avoided. If the buyer had informed me that this was time sensitive, I would have refunded under the circumstances. The feedback was left after I had explained my situation.
