- j***1 (9)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI ordered a pair of boots 2 weeks ago, but they did not arrive on the day they where supposed to although royal mail said they had Been delivered couldn't get through to royal mail so messaged tackorium customer services who messaged straight back they where very apologetic and and kept me informed of what was happening they quickly sorted the issue and sent a replacement the boots arrived and are great really comfy good quality look great and good value for money. Great company

This was great as I worried that there would be an issue and arguments, but my worry was unfounded. I would like to thank the seller so much, although it was a shame my item wasn't delivered as I had to buy a more expensive lead rope
