Great set of strings, compared to the XL daddario strings, it is a step up! I have them on my bass I made from spare parts, known as the FenderBacker, and they can pull off mellow and aggressive! Easily pull off some Motorhead style riffage on Rick style electronics, but when setup, can be mellow and solid thump or loud, clangy and aggressive! Great multi use strings for ant style! Would recommend!
