    I ordered from this seller specifically because of the expected delivery date in the ad, but the seller didn't even ship until 4 days AFTER the expected delivery date. No explanation, no notice that it was to be delayed. Unacceptable. The item finally arrived and was fine, but the delay caused problems on my end. Bottom line is if you say you are going to do something then do it.

I didn't even want to send anything back, I just wanted to see what they had to say about it. I thought maybe they could have sent me a different one than pictured?
