However, the part is advertised as both OEM and "GM Parts Genuine" and there is zero way to validate this as part came void of any stickers or marking. Compared to one I purchased from Autozone that shipped from GM Parts Warehouse that had manufactuer stickers. Part packaged with zero tolerance right to sides of box and no inner protection. With part like this, that is just metal shielding, it doesn't really matter unless mishandled/bent but I thought it worth noting.
