The price was reasonable for a retired Lego set. Packaging was top notch as well. No chance of the Lego getting wet! Would definitely use this seller again.

Was actually used (had been retaped shut, contained zip bags, some things were assembled already). Poor communication from seller. I messaged about the issue. 5 days later, no reply. I opened a return request. 2 days later, still no reply, but the request was approved. 11 days later, I finally got my full refund. The seller never once replied to me. A simple "sorry, my mistake" would have made such a huge difference.Follow-up from: 3***a- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.9 days after leaving this feedback, the seller has now messaged back. They confirmed it was a mistake (not intentional) to send a used set instead of new. And they stated a pretty compelling reason for why they weren't able to message me back or get to the return sooner. Given how much positive feedback they have, I'm inclined to believe them.
