I have contacted the seller. I ordered a RED hat and was sent a BLACK hat instead. I tried Ebay to get a refund, but they kept asking for a photo of the hat in order for me to get a return label. I then contacted the seller to just make an even exchange for the color I ordered originally. He said he couldn't send a label so I will have to pay for the return and they will refund the postage cost to me on my next order. I don't want to order another item, so I don't know how I get my refund.
