You received exactly as described. The buyer said that the power supply was faulty and opened a return. After returning the product, I FULLY REFUNDED THE MONEY TO THE BUYER.
After returning, I fully tested the power supply - it works great. Perhaps the buyer wanted me to return his money, but he did not return the power supply? But this didn’t work out for the buyer, so he left negative feedback.
