Received item very quickly but one of the front seams was ripped. Contacted seller to they would refund any of my money as I needed the dress and could have it mended by someone but the seller never responded. Sent photos of tear to seller also.

All items we sell are straight from designers in perfect, brand new condition, sealed in original bag. Additionally, we ship for free and offer 60 days free returns. Buyer claimed it was less than inch opening in the seam and requested $40 credit for it. The dress itself was $138. In New York, where we are, in one of the most expensive cities in US, such job cost $1- $5 max. We had offered immediate return label and exchange, but buyer decided to ignore solution & instead left negative feedback
