We have sold over a few hundred of these routers with not a single one returned back for being locked. These can only be used on GSM carriers supporting 4G LTE as the description states. Please kindly make sure your carrier supports the GSM 4G LTE bands or else you wont be able to use the router . Router is confirmed to be unlocked during our testing for the mentioned GSM carriers that support 4G LTE .
