- 1***u (523)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseInstalled on 01 330i. They are obviously not direct fit and must be welded or clamped to existing exhaust. They are a tight fit but at 65 years old lying on my back in the driveway I was able to install these. I did need to create a slight recess where the pipe was contacting the trans housing. This I did with a bench vise and a impact socket to create the dent. Otherwise the usual cutting and fitting. I did contact the seller prior to purchase and he told me they would not work, but they did!!

However, unless your willing and able to heavily modify them don't buy these headers. I had to bend the collectors away from the block and inch, and make my own connector tubes. Also the doughnuts that come with it don't fit the connector tubes.
