I received the product in a nice, thoroughly packaged box so I was super excited! However, I immediately noticed how gross and dusty the item was - not a huge issue. But then I noticed that the buttons on the device didn’t work. I contacted the seller after consulting an online manual confirming how the buttons should work. The seller told me they “didn’t know what to say.” Don’t waste your money, buy from someone else.
