This would have been a neutral rating if it wasn't for the return part of the process and the sellers understanding\ communication.
The only issue I had was the shipping. It took about 4 days for UPS to get the item I bought and then they took a while to get things rolling too. Only heads up is that they may take a while to ship your order. Other than that everything else is really good.
