- v***n (284)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasePoor communication, but, I blame that on the holidays. The part arrived before it was promised to arrive. They need to do a better job of packing control boards as these sorts of devices should be packed in an electrostatic bag otherwise you risk ruining them. In any case, the package arrived safely and worked perfectly. My 16 year old Bosch Axxis is working again! These folks saved me at least $850.00 if I had someone else repair it and possibly $2000.00 for a new appliance.
