But I'm 101% confident of solving intrusive rattle (verified by testing tyre's top-edge, unjacked, for play also strut top-mount) and poss tyre-scrub. Incid' a short-lived resolution involved packing thick washer/s in said top-mount where threaded adjustment terminated. But unhealthy sounds returned before long.
