- o***b (38)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAdvertised as full spectrum avian lights. Birds need UV, Specifically, UV-B for vitamin D3 synthesis. I peeled the sticker off and looked up the product code at the manufacturers website, these DO NOT produce any UV (A or B) and therefore are not what birds need. These are labeled "Daylight" If I remember correctly, daylight and full spectrum are not the same so I don't think these are even full spectrum Also "Full Spectrum" does not automatically mean they produce UV.
