Poor experience all around. Started with an incorrect address on the shipping label, poor communications and when the item (plants) finally arrived, it looked like they were just dug out of the ground, no cleaning them, no inspection, just dumped into a baggie, soil and all. They are going into the garbage, I don't feel they are safe to plant (concerns over invasive species, etc). I order a lot of plants via ebay (and other online sources) and I have never experienced a mess like this.

Label was from Ebay, the address is what the buyer entered in.When the tracking showed "No such number"by the buyers Post O. I asked to go to his PO and ask about the package.Buyer wrote didn't have time. When it got back,I drove to my PO,asked the mgr.why it came back, was told the USPS shows no apt. at that address-no such #.I dug another batch from under the snow,no other plants,2x violet corms-wrapped up.Sent 4 msg to buyer, who took 3 days 2 repy to one. I go above and beyond for my buyers
