- 5***n (140)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseNone of this variety lived. They were planted in a good soil/compost mix but they didn’t live.Reply from: familyelbow- Feedback replied by seller familyelbow.- Feedback replied by seller familyelbow. You have to add 30% sand to your soil or they will rot. Customer never contacted us about a problem.
- 5***n (140)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAll the roots were good except 2.
- 1***w (163)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe strawberry plants were infested with spider mites. I treated them with natural and chemical treatments. They were in my indoor hydroponic system which had no issues before. Only 1 of 14 plants survived the treatment. I contacted the seller to give them an opportunity to make it right but they were defensive stating that they store the plants at 34* so they couldn’t have been infested. I suspect they were infested with eggs and once they were in my system they warmed up and became activeReply from: familyelbow- Feedback replied by seller familyelbow.- Feedback replied by seller familyelbow. We keep our plants in a 32 degree cooler to keep them dormant and no spider mite eggs can live in that environment. Also, these plants were purchased July 28th. Spider mite eggs hatch within 3 to 5 days. Adults live 2 to 4 weeks and they received these plants almost 7 weeks ago.
