Arrived within 2 weeks however one of the blush was shattered. Considering it is a cross border transaction, seller should strengthen the packaging to avoid damages.

When shipping overseas, no matter how strong the packaging is, there is always a chance of some damage. I suggested applying for the shipping company's warranty, but they wanted to resolve the issue immediately, so I processed the refund. I looked at the photo of the product when it arrived, and there were no cracks in the case and it was in usable condition. Despite this, it is very unfortunate that we received a refund and were left with such a negative review. Please refrain from doing busine
